The bedroom
Has a comfortable double bed that is made up with quilt cover, a sheet and four pillows. Blankets can be provided if required. There is plenty of drawer and hanging space. Good above bed lighting for reading. View the countryside from the comfort of your bed.
Kitchen/living area
Well-equipped kitchen with tiled work surface. Microwave, fridge, electric cooker, kettle, toaster. Plenty of cupboard space and tiled floor area. The dining /living area is carpeted and just made for two. There are comfortable good height armchairs, dining table and chairs, a television and books to read together with plenty of maps and interesting leaflets.
The bathroom
The room has a good down flow heater for warmth, a very efficient shower, set in a corner unit with sliding doors, toilet, wash hand basin in a vanity unit and a shaver point (there is no bath). White towels are provided.
Front and rear tiled porches
The front enclosed porch with double glass doors faces south and opens onto a paved area with seating ideal for catching the morning sun and watching the wonderful sunrises. A place to sit enjoy breakfast or read and relax. At night sit and look at the clear, unpolluted night sky and study the stars. The rear porch has a washer / dryer, coat hooks and boot shelf.
Parking
There is good, sound off road parking outside the cottage.
Local Area
Plenty of shops in all the nearby towns, Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Much Wenlock, Bridgnorth, Telford, Ellesmere, Oswestry, Bishops Castle and Clun. Some have street markets as well as designer shops, quaint alleys and shuts, amazing black and white properties, wonderful architecture, parks and gardens and riverside walks.

Walking
We are close to the Shropshire Way. See the leaflet in the cottage. Plenty of gentle strolls along the lanes look out over hedges to see the farmland and animals, enjoy the abundance of wild flowers along the roadside. Marvel at the views that make this part of Shropshire so special. Go up onto the Longmynd and do more challenging walks.
